Revolution Knits is the name of a local, Chicago knitter who donates some of the proceeds to a charity benefitting women and girls with economics and education. She requested a logo that featured a sheep and something stronger to fit with the “Revolution” part of the name. I created a kind looking, (and cute!) sheep on top of a bold star. Bold stars are often used in revolutionary iconography, but instead of red or black, I chose a palette of greens, which is a little softer. She is a knitter after all.
